My Franklin Countys 50th Prosecuting Attorney Ron OBrien, who does care about reentry emailed this to me... He obviously cares about our entire state and this is from our Franklin County Homeland Security reentry coalition as I work with them and they are role models for our state and the country in reducing this United States prison. Ron is kind enough to forward all of these updates to me and he knows I am working my buns off for this cause and will go where I am told to go... I will go and set up an information booth on some sort at this prison and I am looking forward to this... AMAZING GRACE to have our lead prosecutor care this way about recidivism... Ron works so much you all have no idea and I am sure that Ron also loves Justice and believes in crime and punishment as I do but realizes this Prison Population is out of control... Who wants to work 100 hours a week and put parents in jail and prison all the time when there is a better way to help? The Pickaway Correctional Institution (PCI ) would like to extend an invitation to your organization to participate in the 2013 Job & Reentry Fair. This event provides organizations with an opportunity to make available information and community resources to the men incarcerated at PCI. Our goal here at Pickaway Correctional Institution is to reduce recidivism through focused employment, training and support. Each Organization will receive space to display their information.
