My Life The Sitcom: For weeks this was a repeated conversation at my house... Me: CARTER! Why are your dirty underpants in the hall? Use the dirty clothes basket. Carter: I did!! Me: Then how did they get here? I didnt put them here. They didnt grow legs and walk out here. Carter: I dont know! I put them in the basket, Mom, I promise I did. Me: well, if I see it happen again, Im going to start throwing them away. THEN... One day I came home from work to find a pair of underpants in the hallway. The girls had slept over at their Grands so it couldnt have been them. It turns out THE DOG had been digging in her dirty clothes basket and dragging only her underwear to the hallway!!!!! Ive been blaming my child for the dogs misbehavior. Goofy mutt. You should have seen his guilty dog act when I tried to coax him into the hallway near the scene of the crime! Hilarious.
