My Number On Fan Shari Volz sent me a box of the most wonderful cookies from Cheryls Bakery in Ohio. I had to share some of them with my staff, though, because Michael claims that chocolate contains some substance that is harmful to horses. Well, I checked it out on the internet and Id have to eat about a ton of chocolate to have harmful effects. One or two cookies wont kill me. I reminded Michael that the great John Henrys favorite treats were chocolate doughnuts. His caretakers at the Kentucky Horse Park used to bribe him with them so hed take his medicine. I dont think chocolate doughnuts did John Henry any harm. Michael just wanted all those cookies for himself.
