My Purpose, Goal, Vision, Values, Philosophy & Legacy 1. My purpose in life is to use my creativity, skills, talents, knowledge, passions and enthusiasm to make a positive difference in the world, to serve God, transform lives and connect people to their destiny. 2. My statement of purpose: Through consulting, speaking, training, coaching, mentoring and writing, I desire to make a positive difference in the world, create momentum in people’s lives by taking them from good to great and helping my clients to grow their people, performance and profits exponentially, 3. There are fours things that I think about all the time. The first is improving my personal relationship with my God, my family and my fellow human beings. Secondly, to make a positive difference to the lives of the people I meet and if possible the people that I have never met. Thirdly, to align myself with the people who enable me to make a difference in the world. Finally, to keep fit physically, intellectually and emotionally. With these purposes, I am able to achieve the goals I set in eight areas: spiritual, health, family, career, financial, self-development, personal needs and contribution to the society. In other words, to achieve success is not just to be financially wealthy, but also to become wealthy in the seven aforementioned areas, apart from making money (financial and wealth). 4. My passion is adding value to lives, helping to grow people and helping organisations to increase productivity, performance and profit. 5. My core belief is that we are all endowed with the seeds of greatness. 6. My fulfilment is seeing the results of my principles and strategies being transformed into peoples lives. 7. My core values which underpin everything I do revolve around 5Fs: Faith, Family, Fitness, Fairness and Friendship. 8. My FACE values which drives my business are: Fairness, Agility, Courage and Excellence, while My brand value is to offer value for money and quality products/services with an element of fun. 9. My view of National Development is that to make our country great, we have a role to play start with doing something in the community where you reside. 10. My motto is if you want to obtain something youve never had in your life you must be ready to do things youve never done before in your life. 11. My philosophy is to treat people not as I would like to be treated but to treat them as they wish to be treated according to their individual needs and to avoid making assumptions. 12. My brand value is to offer value for money and quality products/services with fun and passion. I want my brand to incorporate innovation, cutting edge, class, style, panache, integrity, agility, tenacity, modernity and a can-do attitude. I want my intensity, anything-is-possible and pragmatic approach to inspire others and connect people to their destiny. 13. My professional mission is to inspire and empower people and organisations to reach higher levels of achievement and peak performance. To motivate and inspire 1,000,000 people and/or organisations per year to higher levels of achievement and peak performance by providing information, tips, tools and strategies through speaking, seminar, writing, training, mentoring and coaching. 14. My personal mission is to give people a larger vision of themselves beyond their mental conditions and their current circumstances. To help people achieve their full potentials. I want to be a catalyst of hope and an agent of positive change. We may not know what the future will bring, but we are responsible for what we bring to the future. I am achieving this mission through my products, speaking, seminars, writing, training, mentoring, coaching, and through my television programme; and consequent radio programme. 15. My new work in Africa is to help increase the level of human capital in the continent, increase the number of business leaders & entrepreneurs; develop effective communicators & public speakers; help people to conquer fear, to stop procrastination, to believe in themselves and to take action so that they can become the persons they are destined to be. 16. My areas of genius are speaking, training, coaching, consulting, writing, mentoring and TV presentations. I do these things easily and well and when I do them in a focus way, they are the things I get paid for the most. 17. My statement of promise as a speaker: This presentation is going to be my absolute best. It will be the finest expression of all I have within me to share. I will serve my client, spur positive action - and touch hearts. I will share my experience, bring out the best in my audience, and help them grow as they help themselves (or organisations) to grow. Through this surrender to my purpose I will earn referrals, new business and repeat business, too. These attitudes and actions validate my right to be known as an expert who speaks. 18. My first thought on stage: God let me speak the truth to these people and let my words impact them positively. 19. My Long term goal is to help 1 billion people around the world to achieve their goals by 2020. 20. My ultimate goal is for all areas of my life to blossom like the tree tendered by the side of the river. Because the sum in greater than the parts. 21. My definition of success: Being successful is not only achieving my goals, but also helping others to win as well. I want my name to appear in somebodys testimonial. I want somebody to say something like, I was at a certain place in my life and I listened to this person and it changed my life. Someone sent me an email recently and said, I attended your seminar and you are the first person that gave me the idea that in spite of my background, I could make changes and become successful. I receive letters and emails daily from people whose lives I have impacted in a positive way with my work. This has brought so much joy to my heart. It is more important to be part of the society in which you live and contribute something worthwhile to its success. To me, that is true success. For me success is a journey and not a destination. Success is not only about material acquisition. 22. My eight pillars and principles to health and wellness are: Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance, Air, and Rest & Trust in Divine Power. 23. My vision is to become a leading global brand in the personal development industry and business building industry, to build a global brand of personal and professional development of products and services dedicated to the advancement of human potential which by 2020 will reach 1 billion people. 24. My view of what constitutes good life: (Luke 12.15) My Faith & Spirituality - Knowing the destination of my soul when I am gone. This can only happen by accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour; Having a Good name; Leaving a Legacy; Making a difference; Spending memorable moments with loved ones; Fulfilling my purpose - running a race and finishing well.; Fear God and keep his commandments; Productivity; Good friends; My culture; Dont miss anything; Your family and the inner circle; Seeking of knowledge and value, not money alone. 25. My message for the youths of today: To achieve great success, you must not only dream and desire it, but also act; not only plan, but also believe that you have what it takes to be successful; and when setbacks occur, do not give up but rather see them as opportunities for growth because success thrives on adversity. The greatest lesson I have learnt from my experience is that to be successful you must have a strong faith and a big vision that drives you. You must have a strong desire to succeed and back that desire with action. You must have absolute belief in yourself that you have what it takes to be successful and when setbacks or tragedies occur, do not give up; instead see them as opportunities for growth because success thrives on adversity. As the saying goes, A calm sea does not make a skilled sailor.” Nothing worth gaining is gained without difficulty. My message of GRACE: Seek God first in everything you do to give you direction. Relationship: Build relationship with those who will help you to get to the top like mentors. Action: Don’t just say it but do it staring small; Clarity: Clarity is Power. Be clear on what you want from life, why you want it and how to get it. Excellence: Always strive for excellence 26. My discovery: The experience I bring to people over the last 20 years has led me to the discovery that if we help people to see themselves as they can, not as they are; then the way they think, the way they feel and the way they act will eventually be altered, thereby resulting in higher performance. 27. My legacy is, when I get to the end of my life, I want to know that my life counted for something, that long after I have left this world, somehow my impact lives on. I want to know that I have done all that I could to make this world a better place, by positively enhancing the lives of those around me and helping thousands, if not millions, to become who they desire to be and achieve what they thought was impossible. I want to know that I gave everything my best shot. I want it to be on record that I maximised my potential and stretched myself to the limit. Most importantly I want to know that I serve God and that I am a good husband and father.
