My Saturn return is right around the corner (literally within weeks) so I am stepping up my reason for being. I am looking to create a new project that incorporates all of the aspects I have been working in throughout my life: Art, Film, Performance, Ritual, Improv, Music with a progressive movement and Story. It feels massive and overwhelming at this moment so I am looking for another or others to come on board. My post is below. xo -------------o I am the Gardener of Light of the Underworld and am searching for others who would be interested in taking this tale to the next level with me. Looking for musician/artists who are interested in creating dark ethereal performance music with lots of textures and overlapping harmonies. I am a female performer, vocalist, percussionist, light bass, looper, tech savvy, mature, driven and stage experienced. My vision includes performing this larger than life tale of traversing the underworld with a host of characters, symbols, music, ritual, tarot, film and magic. I have spent 20 years studying this piece which comes out of a real experience and one many of us have taken. I have performed almost all of the chapters (which include lots of music) of this story on stage, solo, using loop stations and performing almost all of the characters. This story unfolds on stage and comes to life in the theater, performance spaces and would benefit traveling to other states and beyond. Looking for male/female, mature with similar experience, dreams and desire to be part of. I have rehearsal space, pa, film and recording ability, MFA in fine art including high end art production, art performance and experience with marketing.
