My Thoughts on Matthew Chapter 12 Jesus always debunked d emphasis of laws above grace. If for anything He allways spoke against the Pharisees overzealous self righteousness and hold on the laws and traditions of men. These are the days of the Holy Spirit and would you know my friend that the Holy Spirit is not stereotyped and cant be confined to one church? Do you know NO man on earth can claim autonomy of the Holy Spirit? How dare you look at a move (especially in another mans ministry) and fault it and call it fake simply because you dont understand it or because it doesnt go along with what you have been taught by your pastor/priest/prophet. When Jesus said .....Any sin against the Holy Spirit wont be forgiven.... What did he mean? Looking at this period we are living, we know that its the period of grace under the control of the Holy Spirit..... Do a flashback... The period of the Law was under Gods control and then all who sinned against HIM (God) died.... (Remember Korah, Dathan and Abiram? Uzza? Cain? Ahab? The unbelieving Israelites? Saul? Etc.........) The Holy Spirit is God and this day too all who SIN against HIM will die. To understand what kind of sin, you should read the Old Testament very well.... Then youll understand and see that ~Adam and Eve disobeyed God (their immortality was replaced by mortality) ~Cain killed Abel (he became a fugitive) ~Noahs generation were lawless and indifferent about the things of God (God wiped them off the surface of the earth) ~Abimelech took Abrams wife (God told him he was a dead man) ~Miriam despised the ministry of Moses (she became leprous and eventually had her ministry cut short) ~King Saul disobeyed God and went to consult a witch (God stripped him of his kingship and left him to die a miserable death) ~Nebuchadnezzar was pompous and proud (God turned him into an animal) The list is endless.... But whatever you do today DO NOT sin against GOD (The Holy Spirit).... Dont not make a caricature of HIS move in HIS church and dont ascribe HIS works to devils..... You may not live to tell the story.
