Typhoon Phanfone/18W is expected to cause sustained wind speeds of 40 knots, gusting to 55 knots, and bring 4 to 6 inches of rain starting on/about 0300-local on Monday, 6 October. Facility Managers and housing residents are directed to tie-down or house loose objects (lawn chairs, BBQ grills, patio furniture, etc).
