Shoulders! Your head and neck lead to your shoulders, so it stands to reason that they play an integral part in your running posture. Shoulders should be loose and relaxed, sitting naturally low. When people run they sometimes tense up, which causes hunching of the shoulders and traps. This eventually leads to discomfort and fatigue, as well as obviously throwing out your neck and head position. If you find your shoulders creeping up, shake your arms off and focus on relaxing.
