My adopted niece, Margo, wrote the following about a month ago. I copied it from her facebook page, without her knowing it, because #3 really spoke to me. It still inspires me. FB friends, you just never know how what you write affects the lives of others (for the good or bad). Every time I want to quit, give up, stop, go backwards, or just walk away I remember how many points I need to prove: 1. Prove to myself that I can, and I will do thee unthinkable. 2. Prove to my daughters, by 1st setting the example that they can to! 3. Prove to my past and everything negative that has ever happened to me...that it can not defeat me, hold me, stop me, or hinder me! Guess what circumstance?! You have no power over me! 4. Prove, that in my mothers honor she can be proud of me, and that I did all that I once told her I would. And through her legacy I will continue to live and carry the torch. RIP mom! Margo, your mother Dorothy is beaming with joy in heaven as she thinks about you and all of her children and grandchildren. You are indeed making her proud as you use your fb page to strengthen and encourage others. Im so proud of you, and I love you.
