Keep it simple when you can/ YOU never know what is going on upstairs is someones head. You have to be gentle with people. Go volunteer at a NUrsing home- or a pediatric unit- or a garden- or a vets hospital. ( my brain = their brain). Find out favorite food. aROMA therapy. Hand lotion. Quilts.(picture books). I ask no one ever approach me saying anything negative about any one. I just went through Hiroshima. And Im ready for blue skies. I will always help.
