My associate and trainer friend made a great video of why Crossfit is not the best way of training and showed in his video how real training suppose to be... when you train like in the video chances are getting hurt very low...when you train crossfit chances are high because of over repetition of of same movement that puts your spine under risk... I am not really attacking crossfit but I wanted to share his video how training suppose to be( he named his video this is not crossfit not me so dont blame on me if you are crossfit lover!)...
