My attempt at curry roasted sweet potatoes - medium diced sweets, tossed in coconut oil, sea salt and curry powder. The Verdict: I actually felt like they needed a bit more curry! But an overall nice accompaniment to baby back ribs I slow roasted in the oven. See Natasha Harris - I expanded my spices! And Jonathan Schuler - I got the recipe from The Splendid Table. Im improving lolol Remember when I tried to make you go to The Melting Pot?? (still tasty btw!)
