My bank made 2 big mistakes. A deposit to my checking went into someone elses account. I called to have it corrected and they put it in my savings not checking, An AVON customer bounced a check on 12/31 and they notified me by mail TODAY and they withdrew the $ from my checking not savings. Therefore, checks bounced and they charged me over $100 in fees. Its all straightened out until the people I paid charge me for bouncing. Guess who I took all my frustration from the past 6 weeks out on? I had to apologize to the guy at the call center. Good thing we both had a sense of humor and I saved $ on the heat bill-I was fuming!!!! ;)
