My beautiful miracle grand baby is having her 2 year old birthday party next week end, and I am dying to go and spend the time with the kids, I hope all of them! I go in Monday afternoon for a new MRI on my neck , and the schedule surgery, He just want to see if more needs fixing then back in April. Right now I am scheduled for 3 disc to be removed, and 4 vertebra to be fused and get 2 titanium rods and 8 screws in my neck fro c3 to c6. I am going to have him put off my surgery till after the party, because I am scared if he does it late next week I will miss a very special occasion to me, I have been this way for a year since I hit the pole working at BMW what is one more week? Nothing when I can spend time with her and the family, and they will love me with my meds, I am almost at the stage of a happy drunk all the time now, but pain is less than it has been in a year. Thank the good lord, for new doctors that care !! To be honest without Obama care, my preexisting conditions would be covered and no one would give me a policy with such a messed up neck, After the BMW s contractors decided hitting a pole required 9 day to file for me to get help after the symptoms showed up. I Fought the system and the people like Tri state employment and Clarkson that dont care long enough, I have to quit hurting and get better, this messing with my head, The doctors say my fine motor skills like playing guitar may never come back with the accident and this much time, all I can do is pray I can still play and sing again after all this. But mostly I think if any way possible will put it off til I cab spend time with my lovely family, Minimum 6 weeks in a hard collar is a long time and 6 -12 months for the bone to fuse if it will. and lots of prayers!!
