My best friends are very surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye has gone. I have lost 45 lbs within one month, I didn��t think I changed so much until I compare with the before picture. I am bothered by obesity since I could remember knowing what weight is, probably around 3rd grade. And I have tried lots of lose weight projects in the past, but no one worked for me. Then I came across Truth About ABS on facebook page, I started to try this program. After a few days, what shocked me so much was that I lost 3 lbs soon by following the workouts in the program.
