My chili has been slow cooking since 12:30pm. I have been stirring it and tasting it every half hour/hour or so. It keeps tasting better and better! :D At 6:30pm I put in the beans and a freshly chopped up whole jalapeno pepper in with the mix. Yes, I washed my hands right after the jalapeno chopping, lol :D Outside its just beginning to change from snow to sleet/freezing rain. Then it will turn to rain from 9pm on. I dont care. I am in for the duration. This gal isnt going anywhere, lol. I will be in my little apartment tonight with hot chili and nachos. Add a little Bombay to drink and a Stillers/Rave game to watch and Im good for the night. :D Of course, since my grandson and my daughter and hubby live in Pittsburgh I will be rooting for the Stillers tonight. I have visited Pittsburgh twice so far and I have been impressed by its youth, its colleges, its young night life, its young energy, and its incredible football history. Plus it has 3 rivers all meeting downtown! Its a pretty cool city! You cant help but love Pittsburgh. :D If you live in Pittsburgh you must be a Stillers fan. You must! My daughter and I went to an Art museum on a game day and the streets were empty and silent. Its almost eerie. We just drove right to the museum with hardly seeing any other cars. Everybody in town was either at the game or watching the game on TV. Its hard core. :D This video is a chance to feel like a Stillers fan. Youre in Heinz Stadium. You look up at the main screen and you go with it! You grab a yellow towel and sing along to Styxs Renegade. Youre in Stillers Country now!! :D
