Sometimes, it is really amusing to see vegetarians and non-vegetarians at the dinner table together. Some of the things that are often observed are: 1. Vegetarians are often seen dissuading the non-vegetarians from eating animals and make disappointed faces while they order. 2. Non-vegetarians, in response, are seen trying to persuade vegetarians to try non-veg, giving them all the reasons to eat animals, and vegetarians, in defense, give their reasons from religion to love for animals. 3. Vegetarians are often seen cleaning their plates and cutlery with tissues, no matter how big the restaurant is and how hygienic it looks. They feel the souls of the animals haunt the plates and would only go if a vegetarian cleans them. 4. Once the food is at the table, vegetarians behave like the chicken is going to find a way to jump into their plates if they are not looking. So they have a super attentive, disgusted face throughout the meal. 5. The response of the non-vegetarians can range from meh to having fun (read: intentionally scaring the vegetarian with spoon full of the dead meat pointing towards them). 6. The non-vegetarian is not allowed to put their hand in any common salad or breads. Also, tasting of food using dirty spoon or sharing of straws is forbidden. 7. At the end of the meal, the non-vegetarian is either supposed to pay the whole amount or pay more because his/her dish was more expensive. Though this rule has an exception if the non-vegetarian is a female. In that case, men pay or its 50-50.
