My clients are really the best people on the planet. They are funny in the sense that if for some reason they are not losing weight they do not want to come see me? Funny thing is they paid me to lose weight..why on earth would you not come in when you need my support the most. I am instituting a few changes and one of those is this...PROGRAMS WILL NO LONGER BE PLACED ON HOLD. You do not come in you lose your weeks....The contract you signed specifically states that and I have been way too nice for too long and in the end its doing no one any favors..Starting today! The only way a program will be placed on hold is if you are having surgery and I need a Doctors note stating so. It is becoming ridiculous the amountt of people that stop and start then stop and start again..No more this is a commitment you made to yourself and you will follow thorugh. I WILL NOT ENABLE YOUR BEHAVIOR! TOUGH lOVE YOU BET! WEIGHTLOSS DOES NOT TAKE VACATIONS!
