My daily dance drills- I do this twice a day 5 min Shimmy Drill focusing on stationary, traveling and shimmy families, special emphasis on ARMS 5 min Fast Drill 5 min Taxeem Drill with arm undulations, arm positions and floreos, occasional Circle Step tossed in 5 min Bodywave, Torso Twist, Ribcage rotation and Belly Rolls and then 10-mintues whatever else floats my boat What makes my drills interesting is that I drill both sides, all movements, and use beledi or military zill patterns. Then in my last 10 min I do straight up ATS. What are your daily drills?
