My definition of failure : a company like Vodafone Egypt a company that spends millions of pounds annually on ads to convince you to buy their services or at least maintain you a loyal customer... an expenditure that is utterly useless since, its only our experience that counts as the best judge. Imagine calling to complain about a terrible experience with the Vodafone DSL service ( when were supposed to be living in the digital world and all this shit) and yet you cant even hear a word from the customer service attendant due to a NETWORK failure; you get cut off at least twice during the phone call and then you hang up and they call you but the problem persists so you keep playing hide and seek for at least 15 minutes until you get to the core of the issue! If thats not the definition of corporate failure, I dont know what is. 1- Whats wrong with the DSL?! Its been weak for quite sometime and this is my 4th complaint. 2- let me examine 3- Please do 4- You probably consumed it and finished your quota. 5- Not true. I dont download anything and Im mostly using it from other places than home. 2 months ago I used it heavily and it wasnt that dead even with a heavier consumption! 6- Yes it appears to us you havent downloaded anything! 7- Bingo..?! So whats the issue? 8- Will submit your complaint and see what we can do. 9- No, because this is the response I get every time and you dont do shit about it. You either do something about it or ill dramatize this and take it to another internet revolution. 10- We can give you some additional gegas to consume until your package is renewed. 11- Well, now I know...You dont need to give me any additional gegas I just need mine. Vodafone should stop stealing and should stop convincing us that were getting shitty internet because we consumed it as an excuse to sell us additional quota or faster speed to get more money. We dont get any value in return for the money we already spend. Let alone that we cant even make proper phone calls because the network sucks. The same issues sustains with mobile internet. Blunt theft is going to drag you to the bottom. Shape up or just keep losing customers. Vodafone Egypt
