BJP Formula: BJP 29 seats, 1 SAD, 1 Independant, 1 JDU. Rest come from by poll victory (3). This should be a awakening call for all Delhi volunteers. We must realize that our message is not reaching the people of Delhi and thereby people dont know about the situation. Win or lose, AAP has to consolidate in organisation building and look at how it is working on ground again! We will have to slowly build up our way. Not just sit here and keep making comments on social media. Start by taking local leaders in or encouraging volunteers to take leadership responsibility. More autonomy for working such as letting volunteer teams or leaders take up issue and take action that doesnt require higher leadership permission (Except for funding or party stuff needed). Let local leaders take initiative to build party by recruiting people and making base values. Expand our ideology from just Swaraj, Jan Lokpal, Anti Corruption to Economic solutions, Social Reforming, Law Reforms, etc. We also need to make sure that volunteers recive some reply as to whether their recommendations are being considered or not. We have got some time now. We must be patient and work towards making the party more flexible in decision making and party building.
