My eldest son was nearly killed today by an older gentlemen driving a Toyota Prius, we believe, with license plate # 200 JWW. My two oldest boys where riding their motorcycles down county line road and the man turned onto waterfall right in front of them. My younger boy was able to swerve around but my eldest laid his bike down at 45+ mph to avoid striking the car. He is fine, just some bad road rash on his forearms and hands. Called the police and was told they couldnt do anything because the man did not physically strike him with his car, even though the man basically fled the scene. My younger son chased after the man but he would not stop so he snapped a picture of the back of the car before turning back for his brother. He was a very old man, who my son says did not look very coherent.. If anyone has info on this vehicle please contact me, as we will be trying to pursue a civil case to retrieve damages to my sons bike. Also, there were several witnesses, none of which the kids got info on. So if anyone reading this that may have seen this happen today, around 2:30 pm at the intersection of county line rd and waterfall, please contact me. Only witness that we have is a lady that works at the dollar general at that intersection. Thank you for your time and please contact me with any info.
