My experience with Dr. VONDERPOOLS resident Dr. has been disastrous. Not from the Dr. but from the office she works in. The staff is incompetent to say the least. I believe it would be a better experience if you actually spoke with a live person. Even the Dr. feels he has been unable to help me due to this and other things. I have talked to an on call physician to actually get the help I needed twice. He agrees there is a problem with getting help due to not being able to talk to a real person. I have serious medical problems that need to be addressed immediately. I have had to go to the emerge room to get the help I needed including a dye contrast cat scan blood work an Ng to see if there was internal bleeding. I might have a life or death problem and need care immediately. I have been experiencing pain since January, due to their incompetence I have continued to experience unnecessary pain. I believe if they were experiencing this same problem they would like prompt response.
