My father (Richard Farmer) came to me a few days ago as I was meditating, just as has come to me on a few occasions since he died nearly twenty years ago. I felt a mixture of joy and sadness, for some reason really missing his physical presence. He worked in construction, drove heavy equipment like bulldozers, and was very good at building things. Amongst other messages, one that sticks with me is I created with my hands; you create with your heart. I love you my father Richard. Thank you for your guidance and care.
