My favourite training buddy Matt has transferred to Townsville, but for our last leg training session - we decided to add 4 power plates to the top of the large box to really test our quads and glutes. Sometimes to keep getting results you have to push yourself that little bit further and test your limits. I think youll be surprised about how much your mind will let your body achieve if you commit to that little bit extra. And whos keen to have their limits tested this week in HIIT at 6am and 7am? The weather is looking gorgeous - it will be some outside fun for sure. See you then :)
