My fellow brothers and sisters; as we near election day, please let us reflect in making the best decision in the interest of our families, communities, and Dominica. JUST A FEW HIGHLIGHTS: The DLP government has resulted in CAUSING Dominica to take last place in the OECS in key economic indicators; (1) Last in Foreign Direct Investments (2) Tourism performance (3) Lowest wages (4) Highest unemployment rate. (5) HIGHEST YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT RATE (6) HIGHEST UNDEREMPLOYMENT RATE. (7) SLOWEST INCREASE IN AVERAGE SALARIES (8) HIGHEST COST OF LIVING RE; REAL INCOME ...... YET; (1)The DLP government had the largest cabinet in the OECS. (11) COLLECTED MORE REVENUE via VAT, GRANTS AND LOANS COMBINED; MORE THAN ANY PREVIOUS GOVERNMENT. In the meanwhile; AGRICULTURE, FISHING,CONSTRUCTION, AND LOCAL DEMAND....DECLINED TREMENDOUSLY. DOMINICA HAS NOT BEEN COMPETETIVE IN THE REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL MARKET. TEAM DOMINICA INTENDS TO (1) Remove taxes on construction materials; (2) reduce/remove Vat on some items (3) remove transfer fees on sale and transfer of properties (4) create at least 5000 jobs within our first 3 years. B.....review our social service system to be more efficient and scientific. We desire to make Dominica the best place to live and enjoy and the best place to work. We love you.... VOTE the saw.X
