My grandmother passed away few hours ago in the Philippines. I dont know how to react, what to do nor what to think. I cant explain the emptiness I feel inside. So many mixed emotions hit me when I received the news. I went to my room and found a picture of her. Tears started flowing as I stare in the picture. By then, I cant stop crying. If only tears could build a stairway and memories lane, I would walk right up to heaven to see her face once again, hear her sound and feel her presence before she left. Everything reminds me again of all the things she have done. Ill cherish those memories with me everywhere I go. She always and will forever be here in my heart. I just know now that she is in a better place where there is no more hurt or pain. God has called her home to rest and I truly believe that shes being well taken care of because God knows best! I love you Lola from the bottom of my heart. May your soul rest in peace. I know to myself that one time we shall meet again and when that time comes, Ill never leave by your side. I love you once again.
