My heart is broken to learn that my very last foster mother, who became my Grandma and who also had a huge hand in helping me to become the human being I am proud to say I am today, has passed. Long after I was no longer living under her roof, I still loved her just as much and she will always remain my Grandma. I will never be able to properly explain the love I have for her and all of the many many things she did to take me away from or guide me through a lot of unfortunate things I went through as a child. She enabled me to have Alexis, Mary and Reana in my life when I really needed them. My biggest regret is not having a chance to introduce her to my children. I love you Grandma, and I miss you.
