My heart was really touched at church today. Sometimes God speaks to us in the simplest ways. It wasnt the preacher, the music, or the sermon. It was the sweet little boy sitting beside us. He was so cute in every way! He made us smile and he made us laugh. He ate his snack, read his book, and played with his toys. After church his mom told me he had cancer. It was so hard not to just cry right there because I wanted to. She told me he had a neuroblastoma, a tumor on his brain and one in his abdomen. Hes been through chemo and radiation Already. He will have the tumor removed from his abdomen soon then have more chemo and radiation for the brain. He will be 2 years old next week. And we think our lives are so bad! We fuss and complain about petty things. We need to be thankful for what we have and especially our health. It is so not fair that that sweet baby has to endure all that at his age. Prayers for little Coletrain, his mom Sonya and dad Justin! May God bless their sweet family!
