My husband Amir Quadeer Shakir and I have been dealing with probate court on behalf of our daughters birth mothers contemptuous behavior. She took her out of school EVERY Friday for a year, just so we would miss visitation. We did not see her on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, her birthday, or her dads birthday and it has been quite a journey.. Prior to our marriage my husband was in and out of court for 7 years for the same reasons. She has lied to numerous people about false allegations of abuse and has tried to induce the courts decision making, by doing so. Its just been nerve racking from a humanistic point of view. However, God NEVER fails those who are loyal to him and to those who have faith. Weve fought this battle for one year. Her birth mother was first found in contempt of court and we gained additional weekends every month because of the behavior. We had to go to court again today and the judge AGAIN found her GUILTY. She has a suspended jail sentence of 10 days, which means if she does this one more time shell go to JAIL for 10 days. THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is that we again have our princess Shakirah for additional days. April vacation, Christmas vacation and some additional weekends, which we will get the final judgment in the mail. Gods timing is IMPECCABLE and he NEVER fails! Believe it or not, I have forgiven her for the hell she has put us through. Gods grace is what shell have to be prepared for. We also pray that Shakirah can stay focused and not allow this to confuse her!
