My husband is a giant baby. Our anniversary is in two weeks and I wanted to surprise him with something he really wanted... so I went into secretive mode and had a couple buddies of his help me out... long story short, I secretly bought a bat that hes wanted from a teammate, had another teammate in on it so Ty had no clue... the bat was missing at league last week so Tyler was pissed that his teammate screwed him over and sold the bat to someone else. (Little did he know it was me) So after he was talking about buying a different bat yesterday since the other sold, I had to give him it early because I am not cool with having a zillion expensive bats when theres cute shoes out there to buy! ;) I put it in his bat bag and waited for him to notice... well, he didnt notice. So I had another friend take the bat out and pretend it was his. Walked casually to Tyler with the bat on his shoulder, talked a bit, then noticed the bat... asked him about it, said something about its like the one he wanted... took a swing with it, and I said happy early anniversary ya stubborn ass He actually didnt believe us that it was his... before I got a thank you I got a how much did you get it for? Always worried about what kind of deal was made! Hes not good at showing excitement or emotion but I know I earned some brownie points for pulling this one off! Love you Tyler Engen!
