My husbands ex-wife is so volatile that the two of them cannot come to an agreement on child support visitation on NOTHING! He wants to see his children and does not mind paying what he can to help financially. He ask for an address to send payments and visit. She wont give him any info but wants his address and money or she wants him to sign over his parental rights. I dont understand. Im not mentioning their previous marital complaints because I dont feel it matters. My understanding is what matters now and that he wants to do the the right thing. I would like to see what you and your readers think or would do in this situation. Especially from male point of views. Signed, Finding Difficulty trying to do Right MY RESPONSE: COURT! He is entitled to know where his children reside, go to school, etc. They conceived those children during marriage and he needs to take her to court. If she was willing to be cordial and work with him, cool, but she is acting like a control freak and his children will only be children once. They need their father and he has to do whatever he can in his power to make that happen. A judge will light her ass up in the courtroom for such behavior.
