My improvised routine: a) Man of steel program STEP 1: do 50m FS then do 15x shoulder ups(water) + 10 pushups. STEP 2: do 50m BS then do 15x shoulder ups(air) + 20x crunch + 10x obliques on each side. STEP 3: Repeat step 1 and step 2 until you feel like you are already killing yourself. b) Arm Power: STEP 1: Wear hand paddles. STEP 2: Do FS or BS for 30 mins. without rest. c) Leg Power: STEP 1: Wear Fins STEP 2: Do BFs 3 sets of 100m each set. Rest for 10 to 15 secs after each set. d) Explosive training STEP 1: Do 50m BFs at maximum speed for 3 sets. Rest only half of your recovery time. e) How to know if you have burned enough fat/energy/calories etc etc. STEP 1: Eat before training. Take note of the taste of your meal. STEP 2: During training, try to burp and notice if the taste of the food you just ate is still present. STEP 3: Keep doing STEP 2 until there is no more food odor when burping. STEP 4: Continue training for 30 mins to 1 hr. to burn stored energy(fats). GOLDEN RULE: Training your body to attain a better physique is a long and hard process. Always remember two things: a) Nothing is done overnight. b) Whatever your are doing to attain your target physique will always count even though there are no visible results. #Health #Fitness #YumiSugimoto #Family
