My job sent Alta and I to West Virginia over the weekend, and we - TopicsExpress

My job sent Alta and I to West Virginia over the weekend, and we had fun. However this morning when I woke up my heart was in pain. It got worse when I went to wake up Lil Eric. You see I could do something that the family of the late 16-year-old Shavon Ross, could not do. I could talk to my tangible son. I cannot imagine what it must be like to have a room for your child, with a bed, but no child for it. This leaves me with one question, WHEN WILL IT STOP? I used to manage a young man in the music game that said this in his song, IT F@@@ED UP HOW WE ALL ARE LIVING TO DIE! Like it or not this generation feels the same way. There is nothing for them to live for they have no hope. It is like their dreams are unreachable unbelievable untangible. However Im not so sure that this problem is theirs alone. No it is us that has failed these children. Families have lost their value, churches have put God out of there structure, and we do what feels good for us at the moment. So the answer to the question when will it stop, begin with when will we start to be strong in the name of God and our families. It is time for us to validate our own children and lead by example not by ignorance. I am praying for the family of the late Shavon Ross. May God deliver you in this season of your life, I love you and Im here for you in the best way I can be. To those of you who read this post I love you too. Kiss you child tell them they are special beautiful one of a kind . Let them know they are a PEARL! I love you now go and have a positive, productive, and blessed day!
