My last flashback to 2014 (promise) goes to 20 well deserved teammates who made an impact by helping others on their health and fitness journey for the month of December. Coaching to us is not selling. Its not a scam. Its not drink this shake for a quick fix. Coaching, done right, as these coaches have proven, is sharing an active and healthy lifestyle. Coaching is helping other people by being a support system, just by sharing what has worked for us, even if it means being vulnerable to the criticism that we so often hear. Coaching has changed my life. If you do not have a Coach and know one of these stars, do not hesitate to let them help you. Were a team. Together, we can all make 2015 the healthiest and most fun ever! I had fun with the names. I think I nailed em!
