My last rant today. There was a local councillor present yesterday at the water protest in Lifford (albeit for a very short time). I wasnt aware of his identity at first and thought he was employed by Irish Water. He did his best to persuade residents to accept the new boxes as he said it didnt mean we would have to accept the metres, at this stage I had to ask him if he was in fact employed by Irish Water. If councillors are coming to support us thats great but we dont need or want this load of rubbish.
