Calling on my experiences at two of the nations best hospital systems , I can confidently say that no one out of the hospital setting knows how fast viral and bacterial infections can multiply . EX. I case of C-Diff and BOOM 1/2 the unit has it . 2. Influenza - 2 patients on the floor - total quarantine (special room ) , must enter gowned up and leave to undress in a separate room before washing thoroughly and leaving. Limited visitors. Still it spreads . HOW ? The hospital is taking all the precautions , why is my grandma / Mom? sister /cousin sick ? HUMAN ERROR - Even the most highly educated , world renowned expert on rice and peas can make an error in judgement. First - shut off the TV. Second - take your supplements and vitamins Third - wash wash wash your hands OCD peeps will love this one Fourth - get 7-8 hours of sleep. Five : If you feel yucky cancel all engagements. Including your massage. Six- get your annual inoculations of Influenza and Pneumonia (thanks Ally Nenadal) Common sense = wellness. BE WELL I also listen to NPR. They tell me what I need to know without the fear based drama.
