My letter as it appeared in todays EXAMINER. Digital version not loaded yet on their site... _____________ The sham of statute law Former Justice Minister Alan Shatter has opened a door that as a society it would behove us to burst through. What many of us knew has been validated by his words, i.e. that statute acts of the State are not really law. It is a control matrix that is mainly used to squeeze the people for money - try property tax, water tax, car tax, TV licences etc. All of these derive from acts - none from law. All are in place to try and balance books that can never be balanced in our current dysfunctional monetary creation model where money is digitally created out of thin air and interest charged/applied thereafter. Those interest commitments do not exist anywhere in society and so some have to suffer for it to be paid. Literally food is taken from mouths to repay interest. That is a Ponzi scheme by its very design and statute acts of the State not only endorse it, but fully enable it by designing ever more exotic taxation. This is all done because society passively consents to it. Law is simple: Violate no other, nor their property. If one and all are held to the rule of law then balance pervades society. Banking, for one, withers under such scrutiny. Forcing people to repay mortgages when there is no creditor - as the money was created out of thin air - violates the rule of law and is fraud. The same is true of State funding and debt. There are very few if any legitimate creditors. Austerity is then shown up for what it is, ie a choice of government and not a necessity. This alleged debt could be written off at a stroke of a pen. Indeed, nearly all statute law is a sham and for highlighting that we should thank Alan Shatter. Yet over 90% of people will never violate others or their property and yet they are becoming ever more criminalised unless they pay up. Their legislators are literally sacrificing them daily on the altar of banking malfeasance.
