My life really changed when I began to have total control over my own music. From conception to release.. it touches no ears, hands or opinions but my own. And occasionally my wife and kids. The process is an intimate relationship. Every step is like a beat in the rhythm of creation - enter: beat selection, then you become intimate and freak the instrumental with lyrics (crafted into aesthetically pleasing patterns), the physical release of recording, the after cigarette is mixing, I cuddle and pillow-talk when I master (to show I care), and have a great conversation for closure as I upload to the manufacturer and online stores, and send it off into the world.
