My lovely Bride, Shelly Bennett, after accepting this challenge from our nephew Mickey Allen, has now nominated me to list three (3) blessing in my life daily over the next five (5) days. How hard will it be to count 15 blessings? Well find out... I, not knowing how many or how few we are to challenge, in turn nominate these following Nine people who have given me hope when hope has been very hard to find: Marsha Stewart, Bill Bennett, Patsy Bennett Miller, Tom Bennett, David Holzinger, Grace Koziol-Holzinger Jeff Hoffman, Todd Hunter and Jay Farrar... Ive stacked the deck for these dearest friends and family so they should have no problem. May God bless and keep you all. Day One: 1) First and foremost my Salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ 2) My the immeasurable love of my beautiful Bride Shelly 3) My Freedom and Ability to Defend it. Now, Im bending the rules a bit. Those of you who know my personal circumstance will understand why. 4) The Best Friends a man could ask for. 5) Our Son Logan and Daughter Ellie 6) Our Grandson Gunner 7) My Mom and Dad 8) My Mother in Law Diane 9) Our Constitution and Our Bill of Rights contained therein. 10) Our Home 11) My Education and Wisdom bequeathed me by our Lord God 12) A reliable Automobile 13) My group of Doctors, Liu, Lopez, Howell, Pagan, and Manalo... 14) My Brother David and Sister Grace 15) My friend and Self Defense mentor Rob Pincus Now, where as unavoidable circumstances cause me to accomplish this challenge in a single post, Ill continue beyond the required fifteen blessings to count out, seems only appropriate that I do so... 16) My Grandparents, instrumental in my development. (God rest their souls) 17) My Texan Heritage since 1826 18) The Pastor and my dear life long friend, David Ashwin 19) Ted Henderson of Henderson AirConditioning And Last But Far From Least, 20) All of you here on Facebook with whom I have been blessed to share my life with, and those of you who share yours with me in kind. As we travel this journey we call Life, people and friends will come and go as our lives cross. Each of us take a little piece of the other with us as we meet and part ways. Those bits we learn from one another are precious as gold and thus far through my journey, those gold nuggets from each person along the way have left me a wealthy man in friendships, in spirit, and at heart. Let me pray this for each of you always... From the Scriptures, Gods Holy Word... Book of Numbers 6:24 - 26 24 The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: 25 The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: 26 The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace... May you all be as gratefully blessed and may Gods providence be upon you all, Sincerely and Humbly yours, always, ...~Benny
