My mind. My poor mind. Im an utter shambles this morning due to a prophecy I had yesterday about having a good time (see my last post). Well, I did indeed have a great night@Wonderground but an evenings pursuit of happiness, can lead to bumboclart (!) sufferation the next day. Oi vey. Let me keep this short. ish. Thanks to guest DJ Kev Mas for dropping gems and everyone for coming thru but Id like to give a particular shout out to some folks whod never been to our shindig before. Fast Eddie (legendary NY bicycle messenger and renowned photographer). Ron Critchlow (searing stand up comedian, plus my own personal wisdom dropping motivational speaker) and his beautiful wife, Jackie. Matthew Morgan (the brain behind BKs unique Afropunk Festival and a fellow Tottenham man, like me). Matthew, Ive waited a long time to get on the mic and give Tottenham a name check but last night you gave me the perfect excuse. Noice!. Right at the end Barak Yalad Shidoshi (Happy Birthday bro!) introduced me to a dude called........wait for it.......Cav. I dont remember meeting another Cav in all my years Stateside. We formed a gang immediately and called ourselves The Cavs. Even in my present state, its a hard name to forget ;).
