My mom is an 83 year old superhero.My mom survived the horrors of world war 2 in Germany as a young girl.She survived moving to Canada not knowing anyone and not speaking English.My mom survived being married to my dad who at best can be describe as a difficult man.My mom survived raising six kids much of it as a single mother with no education but she worked hard everyday and always made sure we had what we needed and felt safe and loved.My mom survived open heart surgery.My mom survived losing two of her children very recently which no parent should ever have to face let alone twice in a short span.And through all of this she has shown everyone nothing but kindness and a willingness to help anyone who was in need.My mom has always put others needs before hers.My mom has been the rock of our family through her faith and her giving heart.My mom is an 83 genuine superhero.My mom is MY hero!
