My mom is receiving a blood transfusion today. Her red blood cell count is very low & the injections are not helping. She can not have chemo until her levels are are back up. Her Dr is hoping once its back up to a normal level she will also be able to breathe alittle easier as well. This is so unfair! She is only 53 & a wonderful person who does not deserve any of this. She said to me last night, if she knew years ago she had any genetic risk of breast cancer that would lead to this she would have had a double mastectomy right away. Now she is thinking about the what ifs but the problem is there was no genetic history. So why her? I dont understand :( Prayer Needed as Always! Shannon ♡
