My morning yesterday started pretty normal and no excitement until I found our little froggy who appeared last year, but never saw him this year. We figured one of the garter snakes that hangs out in the rocks of our waterfall area off of the patio had him for a snack. Low and behold, as my husband and I closed the area for the winter and emptied the water, froggy appears at the bottom. I caught him, put him in a plastic pitcher and planned to take him to the river near my grandsons house. As I headed out, I glanced in the pitcher and no froggy. He was loose in my car and I couldnt find him. As I drove the 20 minutes to Shauns house, I was terrified this frog, I was trying to save would jump out from wherever and cause me to run off the road. No officer would believe my story, especially at 70 yrs old. I only had an empty plastic bucket with water in it to back it up. I found Mr froggy sitting under the drivers seat as I waited for the bus to let Shaun off. Bill and I tore the car apart and never found him before I left. The rest is history. Shaun and I got him to the river. I will never know why I have this need to save everything. Good luck froggy!! Dont ever think I have a boring life!!
