My mother, Lola Jean Vincent (shes been using her maiden name lately) Raddish, passed away, peacefully, at home. I was holding her hand. My life will be forever changed, without her. Arrangements have not been settled, but there will be a memorial. If you know my mom, and loved her, you know how important her animals were to her. There is no mistaking where I got that. I would appreciate, that to honor her, a donation be made to local rescue groups. pethelpersinc.org/ and purrwv.org/ are two that I know do good work. If you cant afford or dont prefer to donate, you can still help in her memory. Volunteer your time to help someone who is a caregiver to a family member or loved one. A couple of hours here and there, just to give them a break is more valuable than you could know. Anything you can do for them is a gift. She was the one person I could always depend on. We always had each other, and for that I am grateful. I couldnt have had a better mother, if I had chosen. We were meant to be.
