My mum has passed away now. We didnt always see eye-to-eye, in fact we had a difficult relationship. We were always falling out, making up and falling out again. I know she did her best though, having undergone a hard upbringing herself and suffering from depression for most of her life. Im glad she was my mum because if it was not for her, I might not have the love of animals and nature that I have, I might not know the pleasure of reading a good book (even if Stephen King wasnt to her taste!), I might not care so much about the environment or know the importance of having a faith, even though our faiths were different. Its thanks to my mum that all the good things in my life are because of her. I will always love her.
