My physic has returned back so quickly so I have shortend my targeted day to 30 th january 2014. On this two weeks lots of things has helped me loose the fat level. I tried them and it works. 1:interval cardio 2: zma tablet 3:acai berry with green tea tablet 4: l carnatine tablet 5: bar twist I am sharing these so it changes your life by helping you. As the reason why I done this challenge is to inspire people and show them the way. Hope it helps.
