My political position sits at a constitutional libertarian left (democrat). I find it to best label, I could not focus my ideology to one party. Liberty is one unit something that is often misunderstood. You have a right to your life, to live it the way you want and should have a right to the fruits of your labor. But also it should be understood that freedom under the Constitution allows the states to do almost whatever they want; originally the states were expected to operate as if they were countries. With that being said socialist programs (Free education, free health care, minimum wage, food assistance etc) should be handled on the state level. And that in theory will improve the programs because they will be more localized.
