My poor husband has been through the ringer this Christmas. He had surgery Dec 4th and then a week later his heart started beating rapidly for several hours, then days later he got winded easily. His thigh started hurting on Dec 17 and it didnt let up so he went to ER on Sunday Dec 21. He found out he had a big blood clot. They put his on shots and blood thinners. Then a followup with his doctor on Dec 23 including a CT scan finding blood clots in leg and Pulmonary Emboli in both lungs. Now today the left leg is filled with clots in the artery.
