My poor poochy (is fine, by the way)... She just cant help herself but get into trouble. While playing today she smashed into a piece of our furniture (a rocking ottoman with metal legs) and got a half inch slice on her upper back from one of the pieces that was sticking out. It wasnt incredibly deep, but kind of sliced the skin in a way that I felt it necessary to bring her down to the doc (who was thankfully still open). So a trip to the vet and 3 staples later - no rough play or excessive activity for at least a week - 2 weeks until the staples come out. Oh, Mellie... Oh Mellie, indeed... #sweetsweetpetinsurance
